i’m late on this redesign. have our favorites gone away? i had buyers lined up for future use, now i can’t find my favorites.

If you saved “collections” they should now be available in a clickable (or pull-down?) menu under your user ID in the top right hand corner. They were missing completly during the middle of the changeover to V2, but should be restored now. If yours are not available, just message CS, but expect a long wait.



Also note that you might not recognize some of the gigs you collected as there has been a recent emphasis on sellers updating gig images, key words and titles.

thanx so much for your reply. unfortunately the drop down arrow beside my name is doing nothing but taking me back to my home page when clicked. it does not drop down a menu. i’ve contacted cs about this.

Sorry for misleading you. Yes, if you are in the FORUM pages, clicking you name just takes you to the “Browsing Gigs” part of Fiverr – but if you are IN the “Browsing Gigs” part of Fiverr, then hovering the mouse over your name DOES give you the drop down showing the link for saved collections. Just verified it 10 seconds ago.



BUT, my collections are missing today. Hope it is just temp turmoil in Fiverrville.

Yeah, my collections have been empty for almost three days now. E-mailed CS, haven’t heard back yet…

Collections were working for me again on Sunday morning, USA time.
