Help, How Can i get my fathers business up on its feet?

My Father has a construction business but it hasn’t been doing well and I want to get it back up on its feet and make it profitable and efficient. Unfortunately since the beginning of the company he has not maintained a good financial records. Any advice or wisdom shared would be greatly appreciated 🙂

Its not matter but first matter your movement. Because financial business is the very easy that if you take mostly like and professionally working for your profit.but i suggest,if you wand increase your profit you should must do wast time and properly plan for your business.
