For me, everything seems to be fine. You are the first to report this thing. Can’t get it. I suppose you need to create a Customer Support Ticket to the Fiverr Community. I hope they’d help you out in this.

well i am not the only one. my friend is also in this mess. anyway thank you so much for your advice. i will definitely do it. thanks 🙂

Hi there !!!

Being honest there is no way possible to have the numbers of orders decreased with the new updatings it entirely depends on the reviews plus whether or not your impression are going down,

Yeah it seems that something is not right with my gigs. but it all happened suddenly and i got so confused so i asked… thank you for your assistance 🙂

Dear Ayesha:

I took a quick look at your profile:

Your profile image: I recommend a color photo of your smiling face. Others may recommend you use a logo or a caricature to protect your privacy. No reputable person associated with Fiverr recommends that you ever lie about your location or attempt to deceive Buyers with misleading information. (I’m not saying you have, I’m just including this information for the benefit of anyone else who might read this post.) The particular issues with the image you have now is that your smile is not quite as big as it should be. You have a Mona Lisa smile, when you need a “Hi, I’m here to help you smile.” Also, the image is at a strange angle. It’s more off-putting than welcoming, in my opinion.
Your one-line statement that appears on the profile page, directly below your user name: This is not grammatically correct. You need to polish your English grammar, spelling, and punctuation throughout.
Your profile text – note the edits: Too many errors for me to go through – you need to fix all your copy.
All your gigs should have video, 3 images, 2 pdfs (for more samples and your business policies), and so on…

Make a video of yourself talking to the camera, because this approach garners IMMEDIATE RESULTS. Include additional samples in the video!

I believe your downturn in sales may be due to the fact that your Fiverr honeymoon period has passed. Instead of relying on the Fiverr search engine, you need to promote yourself creatively.

Do you have a YouTube channel? Are you active on Social Media?

Have you met twistedweb123? See how this post he made to Fiverr showcases a tutorial he posted on YouTube. Now, people who see this YouTube video will trust him as a Fiverr expert and will seek him out on Fiverr. What are you doing along these lines?
https://forum.fiverr.com/t/using-the-live-portfolio-to-generate-sales-even-as-a-non-visual-gig-play-pause-video-tutorial/116035

Finally, you would be smart to tailor your gigs with keywords tied to the specific software packages you use. If you use Photoshop, that keyword could be money in the bank!

Are you aware that savvy Buyers can right click on your Live Portfolio images to see whether you are showing original images? What does it mean for you if a 2-second search of your Live Portfolio shows that your samples are found elsewhere on the web?

Good luck,
Blaise

Please study this thread: https://forum.fiverr.com/t/the-big-day-i-finally-ask-blaisefaint-to-critique-my-gig/104448 to better appreciate what I’m talking about here. It should take you a minimum of 4 weeks to make your way through all the material.

Hi, multiple time I asked the same question here. However, the problem you facing every seller faced this issue. To get your order again, you just keep promoting your gig. It will help you to gear up your gig rank. And I think you will be on your track again. It’s a proven method. Thanks.

your gigs are about creating logos and brochues…you do know there are HUNDREDS OF OTHER SELLERS DOING THOSE GIGS AS WELL.

You have to set yourself apart from others.

Market yourself on social media

Maybe get a website to promote yourself.

If you have a website already, link to your fiverr profile/gigs.

I think im also getting very less orders after update.

Let’s not blame Fiverr for the natural rise and fall of sales. If you’re not getting the kind of sales you want, then maybe there are things that YOU can do to improve them. You need to taker responsibility for your own success – don’t rely on Fiverr to do all the work for you.

I think update never causes a decline in an order because if it was a bug, everyone would have the same issue. so it would be the gig. Please double check your gig and check if you are making some mistake which is not up to date. like if you are using an image, you should put a video instead as many buyers has experienced that their sales increased as they uploaded a video, Also you can check other things in your gig and find any mistakes you have made and correct them. I hope this helps you.

I used to get 6 orders in a day. its dropped to 2-3. I am currently working on the video and it should be up soon.
