Not being promoted to level 1

Hey

I joined fiverr a year ago and completed 30 orders with 92% positive rating but still not promoted to level 1. What is wrong happening from my side? Any other reason?

You need to have completed at least 50 individual orders in two months to get the Level 1 badge and also maintain 4.5 star rating or above.

same happened to me, just drop a ticket and you will be rewarded level 1 🙂
