site2noob Posted April 3, 2017 Share Posted April 3, 2017 Hi fiverrs!I tried to change the paypal email (from old one to a new one) , it asks me for my security question,I forgot my answer, & now the support ask me for some unnecessary stuff (a selfie holding a ID…etc)are they serious?note: i wanted to change my paypal email, because i recently moved to another country so i created a different paypal accountI’m upset now, isn’t there any other solution?i understand this action is for my account protection but they can track my IP address or send me an email…etc to be sure it’s me the owner who’s trying to change the email.
