You’ve got two options - wait until they submit the info or ask for a mutual cancellation - how many more times do you need to ask?

Can they solve the issue?

No - you don’t need to ask customer support - wait or ask for a mutual cancellation. CS can’t get the buyer’s info for you.

Simmer down @insects44 for pete’s sake give the buyer time to submit the requirements (24 hours) at least. Perhaps the buyer is brainstorming what he/she wants or at work with an overbearing supervisor breathing down his/her neck. It’s FRIDAY TGIF the buyer is probably just occupied at the moment. You’re freaking out over nothing. Chillax

You may edit gig requirements and make them mandatory. To avoid such cases in future.

ok… clear…
you will sone stuff and make a order as complete. that mean deliver some stuff and try to stop count down. after that he he or she response whrn seen the u deliverd order. if not sponse … order will automticaly completr.
or anther option for bettet.
also u can disuputr is with mutul agreement. thad the better way… i thnk. but do it aftrr 3day
