My orders completed rate dropped when I delivered an order

I had my rate of orders completed drop from delivering an order.

Is there some logical reason for this or is it a bug?

Order completion rate is only affected by orders that are completed and not just delivered.

Then it dropped for no reason. Hopefully this is not like the

I wrote to customer support and got an explanation that no one sees the completion rate but me and was told it goes up and down according to my activity.

Right after that my completion rate went back up to where it was before, so it seems to go up and down sometimes without a reason. There was no reason for it to drop suddenly.
