You should ask your seller to send you a custom offer for the exact amount.

EDIT:
For e.g
Your order total is $20 and you have a $5 Fiverr Credit.

Ask your seller to split the order,
$5 - Custom Offer First (So your Fiverr Credit is used)
$15 - Custom Offer (So you can pay with your payment method of choice)

Unfortunately, I think the credit has to be at least $5. I was pretty sure, but I just tested it by trying to bill @djgodknows for my test (at the price of $4.)
