Withdrawal of revenues

Hi there, I just got my first payout on 44$. I noticed that I got 43,12$ on my paypal instead of 44$. Im completely fine with this, my question is just; does the withdrawal cost the same amount everytime (0,78$). Or does it depend on how much you’re withdrawing?
