Does canceling an order remove feedback on gigs?

I recently got negative feedback from someone from another country barely speaking English. They completely misunderstood what my promo gig does, thinking it would make them go viral.

I think that not only because they left negative, but misunderstood, I should probably cancel the gig.



Will this remove the neg feedback and the effect on my rating?
