cachaparte Posted March 23, 2017 Share Posted March 23, 2017 Hi, this is my situationmy account was disabled 3 months ago (that is the time fiverr support told me to wait before withdrawing my remaining funds)after that time i went to fiverr support asking the steps in order to get my funds, the answered my request asking me for some information of my paypal account and my deleted profile.it is been more than a week since a sent all the info to fiverr support and i have not got an answer about it.should i keep patient and wait them to respond or should i send another request with same info they asked for?also when i go to the ticket’s request link the page says that they could not find my request, like is losthope u guys help me!!
