Denied ? I'm infringing

I was just denied with a complaint of infringement from a third party. And the gigs could not more different. What do I do?

Probably the only thing you can do is gather good, strong evidence as to why your gig isn’t infringing (copyright, presumably) and put a case together and send it to Customer Support.
