Can't withdraw cancellation

Hi all

I’m having a problem with the site. My order was cancelled on the day by my seller, which i accepted as the work could not be completed. It was quite expensive however, and the money is stuck in my fiverr balance and I seem to be unable to withdraw. Does anyone know how to help?

Submit a ticket to Customer Support and ask them for help.

Keep in mind that, as stated in the terms of Service, you get a refund as Fiverr credit, it doesn’t automatically go to your payment provider. Customer Support will send your funds back to your payment provider if you ask them, but they will only do it a limited number of times (once, or twice if you’re closing your account).
