Fiverr has been verifying phone numbers for new users and they did send out some emails saying that phone verification would gradually expand to all users, with a 30 day grace period. It sounds like they are telling you that you are in the 30 day grace period window. According to the email I saw, if you don’t phone verify by then, your gigs may be paused. I haven’t seen any kind of red banner yet, though, so if I were you I would contact Customer Support and ask directly before doing anything.
