I did not promoted to Level 1 despite fulfilling All criteria

I Have completed 27 Orders with 5-star ratings, my Account was created in December 2016 and the Order completion score is 90% but still not get promoted to level 1 . I had made One mistake that I Closed my account a month ago & then reOpened it with CS help. Please help me.

Hello, I’m not sure but it might be that the account was closed and reopened, or it might be that the 27 orders took over one year to achieve.

Awww… you are making me worried. tomorrow, my first-month activity will complete and I’m excited about getting level 1 badge. I think it has something to do with reopening account. Contact CS again.
