Have been having some issues with clients on the kind of Source file requested by my buyers.Are sellers obliged to deliver whatever source file type requested by buyers that is outside for example Software used by seller. mzie88 Posted March 17, 2017 Share Posted March 17, 2017 On your gig file formats available did you tick corel draw? If so they have a write to want it from that format. However you should communicate with them about the software that you are using so that they ar fully aware of the source file they arw going to get. I had a similar situation i did business cards for a client and his printer company told him they want cdr file. I never used Corel draw before so i had to install it and convert the file into cdr.
