Payment deducted from my credit card but no order purchased

Hi,

I just tried to buy an order and their was an error on the payment screen after I entered my credit card info. Amount is deducted from my card. Fiverr support link is also not working. Any solution?

Well next time don’t use a prepaid card.

Its not a prepaid card. It is a credit card.

hey, one of those gigs was a puppet that helped me propose to my girlfriend, I couldn’t let the girlfriend see the charge on the regular credit card. It would ruin the surprise.

No i used a normal credit card. It looked like there was problem in fiverr

site that time.
