Location is not correct

Hi there,

I’m Farwa Khan. I’ve just joined fiverr and published my 1st gig.
Problem is that fiverr is showing my location as “Italy” while I’m in Pakistan. How do I change my location?
Anyone help ,please.

Hi @farwabanaras

Fiverr detects your location through IP address at the time of account creation and automatically sets your location based on that IP address. I guess you were using a VPN when you were creating your fiverr account and that caused the problem.

Farwa there is no option to change location in fiverr. You need to contact the customer support
