aeonwinrt
I recommend not accepting delivery or reviewing the seller until they have delivered all files. It seems there are a lot of high rated sellers out there asking you to review and complete delivery to get the final files. This is nonsense and no company operates this way. The delivery is not complete until all files have been delivery, period. Don’t fall for this scam of the seller trying to get high reviews before everything has been delivered. fonthaunt
@aeonwinrt You are correct that a seller shouldn’t deliberately withhold files from a buyer to force them to complete an empty order. One thing to keep in mind, though, is that there are watermarks on some deliveries and those are delivered through the Fiverr system. If the seller has this function turned on, they will deliver the order and the buyer will see a Fiverr watermark on the image preview until they accept and complete the order. The buyer can’t download the full version (without watermark) until after the order is marked as complete by the buyer. I just wanted to clarify that in case anyone mistakes a watermark for an incomplete delivery. Here is a help file on the watermark system:https://support.fiverr.com/hc/en-us/articles/216545708-Adding-a-Watermark-to-Protect-Your-Work
