Dear Sir (Fiverr Customer Support),

My income recently is tremendously affected by the negatively rated GIG. Although i had already completed the order together with the report files plus all the available sale-off, my order was still rated negatively. This customer promised that he would withdraw his negative rate after i sent all the report together with the free order. However, he did not keep his words. Moreover, he used inappropriate language to reply my email, which made me feel extremely disrespected

I hope with the intervention of supporter fiverr, the order from that customer will be cancelled since every actions of that customer has proved that he is unreliable.

I really appreciate your help.
