Although i had already completed the order together with the report files plus all the available sale-off, my order was still rated negatively. This customer promised that he would withdraw his negative rate after i sent all the report together with the free order. However, he did not keep his words. Moreover, he used inappropriate language to reply my email, which made me feel extremely disrespectedI hope with the intervention of supporter fiverr, the order from that customer will be cancelled since every actions of that customer has proved that he is unreliable.I really appreciate your help.Thank you in advance for considering my request.Respectfully,Mediaswam Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

She knows her stuff 🙂Be specific with your support ticket, and enter all relevant information (order ID, gig name, buyer name, etc.) and be patient until they reply back.
