Got 1 star review want to open a dispute so that buyer can modify the review

Hi,
Last week one of my client has left a 1 star review by mistake. When i told him to modify it then he told me to send a re-modification request from the resolve issue area. But when i click on resolve issue button, i saw there was no option for review re-modification. There is only one option and that is contact support. I have also sent a massage via contact support and they sent me a account warning in reply. So can anyone tell me the how can i send a review re-modification request for a completed order.

Taverr why is his different from yours?

Three possible reasons-

  1. He sent a Feedback Modification dispute before in the same order.
  2. That feature is blocked by Fiverr for ToS violation.
  3. It had been 15 days from the order being completed. (I don’t see that option as well in old orders)

If the buyer does not reply to the dispute we open to change their review in 5 days, what happens? Has anyone experienced this yet? I have 3 negative reviews and the latest one dropped my overall rating to 99% which may not look like a big deal but bothers me AN AWFUL LOT.

Your review will exist if client didn’t response on your dispute
